At Wellbeing Nutrition India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery provided the items are unworn and tags are intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account, select the specific order from your history, and click on the 'Return/Exchange' button to choose the items you wish to send back.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition with all brand tags, packaging, and invoices included to avoid rejection during the inspection process.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours of your request to collect the package; please ensure you obtain a signed pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
